Lindsay Purchase
My name is Lindsay Purchase. I’m a second year student in the Global Studies program. Currently, I am the lead reporter for Local/National, and will also be contributing to the World blog. International issues, particularly those regarding human rights, are particularly of interest to me. Hopefully, I’ll be fortunate enough to do some travelling and overseas volunteer work in the upcoming years. In my spare time, I also enjoy modeling for the Sears catalogue. I like romantic dinners, long walks on the beach and watching the sunset. Simultaneously. I am hopelessly uncoordinated and have no luck with sports, which is perhaps where my love for reading and writing came from. I’m looking forward to the upcoming year, and hopefully more years at The Cord to come.
